Looking for candidates from Power Distribution Projects (RDSS, RGGVY, DDUGJY, IPDS)
Positions Available:
- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Engineer/Engineer (Billing/Planning): 5 – 10 Years’ Experience
- Senior Engineer/Engineer (Quality): 5 – 9 Years’ Experience
- Store In-charge/Store Keeper: 5 – 10 Years’ Experience
- Senior Executive/Executive (Purchase): 2 – 5 Years’ Experience
- Safety Officer/EHS: 5 – 9 Years’ Experience
Job Descriptions:
1. Executive (Site Purchase)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/Diploma/Science Graduate
- Communication: Tamil + English + Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction/documentation related to SCM, including Inspection calls/Nominations/DI.
- Quality Assurance activities like Factory Inspection, Testing, and Store Coordination.
- Daily MIS & Computer Literacy (Excel expertise is a must).
2. Store In-charge/Asst. Store
- Qualification: Graduate/Store Management Diploma
- Communication: Tamil + English + Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receiving material from vendors and issuing materials to contractors, along with material reconciliation.
- Issuing E-way Bills and preparing MIS/Stock statements.
- Knowledge of ERP and SAP with Excel expertise.
- Preference for candidates with T&D/Power sector background.
3. Billing Engineer (Projects)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/Diploma (Electrical/EEE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sub-contractor Billing.
- Preparation, Certification, & Verification of RA bills.
- Estimating & costing.
- Monthly reconciliation.
- Daily DPR/MIS.
