The roles require expertise in quality control and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, especially in industries like pressure vessel manufacturing, heat exchangers, and fabrication processes.

Positions Available:
1. Site Quality Inspection – NDT Level 3 (NDTL324):
Qualifications:
- ASNT / PCN NDT Level III in VT/PT/MT/RT/UT.
- Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of PAUT/TOFD and PCN LII.
- Hands-on experience, including blind test demonstrations, is essential.
- Familiarity with codes such as ASME, AWS, and API.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and interact with customers, third-party inspectors (TPIs), and vendors.
- Willingness to work at various domestic and international sites.
Experience:
- M.E./B.E. (Mech/Prod/Fab): 7 to 10 years.
- Diploma (Mech/Prod/Fab): 10+ years.
2. Site Quality Control – Civil (CQC24):
Qualifications:
- Lead QA/QC Civil Engineer for MRU industrial construction projects.
- Experience in preparing ITPs and conducting QA/QC procedures as per ASTM and IRS standards.
- In-depth knowledge of materials like concrete and familiarity with NDT methods in construction.
- Prior experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Steel, and Chemical plants.
- Experience with testing in concrete mix design and soil testing.
Experience:
- M.E./B.E. (Civil): 8 to 10 years.
- Diploma (Civil): 10+ years.
3. Site Quality Inspection – NDT Level 2 (NDTL224):
Qualifications:
- ASNT / PCN NDT Level II in PT/MT/RT/UT/TOFD/PAUT.
- Practical experience in blind test qualifications is essential.
- Familiarity with international standards like ASME, API, and AWS.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and TPIs.
- Willingness to travel across various domestic and international sites.
Experience:
- M.E./B.E. (Mech/Prod/Fab): 2 to 5 years.
- Diploma (Mech/Prod/Fab): 5 to 10 years.
4. Site Quality Control (QCE24):
Qualifications:
- Lead Quality Control Engineer for MRU projects, particularly focusing on materials, fabrication, documentation, and quality assurance for process plant equipment and piping.
- Experience working with international standards and codes like ASME, API, and AWS.
- Must have practical experience working at domestic and international project sites.
Experience:
- M.E./B.E. (Mech/Prod/Fab): 7 to 10 years.
- Diploma (Mech/Prod/Fab): 10+ years.
General Requirements for All Positions:
- Candidates must have a first-class degree with no ATKT (academic backlog).
- Candidates should have relevant experience in industries involved in the manufacturing of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
- Familiarity with ASME codes is a must.
- Candidates employed through an agency for L&T need not apply.
